Warranty Policy

At Inflateo, we’re committed to delivering quality you can count on. That’s why every inflatable unit we sell is backed by a limited warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship for up to ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.

To further support our customers, we also offer an optional 1-year extended warranty when you register your product with us after purchase.

What’s Covered:

This limited warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal, intended use. If a defect is found within the warranty period, our team will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or credit—subject to inspection.

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper setup, excessive wear and tear, accidents, alterations, or neglect. Using your inflatable on any surface other than grass without a protective tarp is considered improper use and voids the warranty. Additionally, this warranty does not extend to consumable parts or non-Inflateo branded products—those items should be addressed directly with the original manufacturer.

Warranty Service Process:

If you believe your product may be eligible for warranty service:

1. Contact Inflateo Customer Service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#).

2. Ship the item(s) back to our facility at your expense, with the RMA# clearly marked on the packaging.

3. Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item(s). Any applicable credit or solution will be determined based on the inspection results.

Items sent without an RMA# or shipped freight collect will not be accepted and may be subject to disposal at the sender’s expense.
